these rules will be
strictly enforced.
Those breaking the rules will forfeit their ride
without refund.

RIDE
AT YOUR OWN RISK!
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS.
People who have a weak
heart, previous or chronic back or neck ailments may not ride the go-karts.
Pregnant women, and
children less than 4 years old, may not ride the go-karts.
All riders must meet
minimum height/age requirements. NO EXCEPTIONS. See our Go-Karts
page for height and age requirements.
All riders ride at their
own risk. You are responsible for your actions.
No bumping, horseplay, or
reckless driving.
All riders must have a
go-kart ticket.
Gas on right, Brake on
left. Do not ride brake.
Anyone assumed to be under
the influence of alcohol or drugs
will not be allowed on the track.
No smoking, food, or drink
on the track
No using cell phones
on the track.
Seat belts must be worn at
all times.
If kart stops or spins out,
stay seated and raise your hand. A Track Attendant will help you.
Shirts and shoes are
required.
Only parents, or persons 18
years or older can drive with children.
Keep hands and feet inside
kart at all times.
Remain seated, with your
seatbelt fastened, at end of the ride, until you are told it is safe to leave.
Obey Track Officials at all
times.
